Tea with milk can be many forms, Black Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea and Fruit Herbal Tea are all can be with milk added. Add milk to black tea is the most popular way in the world, so let’s get started.
- If want to make a quality milk black tea, I recommend use good black tea leaves as based. Because it will releases the better aroma and fragrance, also less bitterness which flavor will perfectly blend with milk. Here I use the Yunnan ancient tree black tea (5-6 grams).
- Prepare a cup of milk(300-400ml) and some sugar(3-4 grams).
- Put the sugar into the black tea cup first. After the sugar melt, add the milk into the black tea. The ratio of tea to milk can be 2:1 or 1:1.
- Stir the soup for a few seconds. Enjoy your milk tea
